I had a good experience at this hotel; the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with various restaurants and cafes around. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. However, there was an issue with the lift not working, which was a bit of a hassle since our room was on the fourth floor. Overall, it offers great value for money but could improve on some facilities.
